Ordering from our website
The prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Once you have selected the items that you wish to purchase from our website, your order will be placed and will be accepted by us once you have made full payment or specified that you will pay on collection. You will then receive an order confirmation by email and your order will be available for collection or will be delivered in accordance with the information provided on the delivery & returns page of our website.
We will deliver the goods to the address that you have specified in your order and cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions. Please note that for our local delivery service we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time and you must be home to receive the goods. We will always endeavour to deliver your goods in accordance with the times specified on the delivery & returns page of our website, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Should we be unable to deliver within our normal time frames then we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
If you have chosen to collect your goods and to pay on collection then we will hold your order for you for 7 days. If you have not collected within 7 days then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We accept payment online by credit and debit card via the Stripe payments platform and do not store your card details.
We endeavour to ensure that that the product descriptions, prices and delivery options and charges on our website are correct, that all products are fairly described and that stock levels are accurate. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders where an error has occurred. In the event of an error or of a product not being in stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives or the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.
If you do not receive the goods ordered by you then you must notify us of the problem within 30 days of the date that you ordered the goods and we will have no liability to you if you do not do so. In the event of a problem with the goods or of their non-delivery, our only obligation to you will be to make good any shortage, to replace any goods that are damaged or defective or to refund the amount paid by you.
You have the right to cancel any order made through our website within 14 days of receipt of your goods and you do not need to give us a reason for doing so. Should you wish to cancel your order you must notify us and if you have received your goods then you must return them to us at your own cost and risk. Once we have received the goods then we will process a full refund to the card that you used for payment provided that the goods have been received by us unused in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns of facemasks, hair accessories or earrings if the packaging has been opened. We will credit you for the cost of returning any faulty goods.
We will process any refunds due as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
